The grounds are stunning, and the Double Room had luxurious Espa toiletries. I loved the spa facilities with a steam room, hot tub, and relaxation area. Afternoon tea was served beautifully with fresh sandwiches and pastries. The staff were super attentive and made the experience special, even taking drinks outside on the terrace.

The lack of in-room information complicated what should have been simple questions about dining and facilities. The spa, while inviting, felt underwhelming for a hotel of this caliber, offering only basic amenities despite high expectations. the muted temperature control in rooms caused discomfort at night, offsetting a potentially cozy experience.
